This Privacy Policy explains how AMUN AI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards the administrative and account information of the business entities and their authorized personnel ("Client", "you", or "your") who access and use our SaaS platform. Important Distinction: This Privacy Policy applies only to the administrative data collected by AMUN AI to manage your subscription and account. It does not apply to the proprietary business data, end-user data, or any other information processed by our highly specialized AI Agents on your behalf. The handling of data processed by the AI Agents is governed exclusively by our Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only the minimum information required to operate your B2B account. The data is categorized as follows: 1.1 Client-Provided Information (a) Account & Identity Data: The name, business email address, phone number, and encrypted password of the authorized Client administrator. (b) Billing Data: The Client's billing address and a record of payment transactions. (Note: Financial processing is handled by third-party gateways; we do not store raw credit card information). 1.2 Session & Security Data: Upon login, we collect IP addresses, browser types, and access timestamps. We utilize essential cookies for the sole purpose of maintaining your login session, securing the platform from threats, and remembering functional preferences within the dashboard. We do not use cookies for marketing, tracking, or advertising.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

AMUN AI uses the collected account and administrative information strictly for the following business purposes: - To create, manage, and authenticate your AMUN AI account. - To process monthly subscription billing and prevent fraudulent transactions. - To provide technical support and respond to Client inquiries. - To send administrative communications, including billing receipts, notices of scheduled maintenance, and updates to our Terms of Service or pricing. - To monitor the security of our infrastructure and prevent unauthorized access or abuse of the platform.

3. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

AMUN AI respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or lease your account information to third parties. We only share administrative data under the following circumstances: 3.1 Essential Service Providers. We share necessary data with authorized third-party vendors who assist in operating our business, such as payment gateways, cloud hosting providers, and administrative email services. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. 3.2 Legal and Regulatory Compliance. We may disclose account information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental request, or to enforce our Terms of Service and protect the legal rights, property, or safety of AMUN AI and our infrastructure.

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account and administrative information for as long as your subscription is active. Upon account termination or cancellation, we will delete your account information in accordance with our standard thirty (30) day retention cycle, except for billing and transaction records which we are required to retain for a longer period to comply with local tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

5. YOUR DATA PRIVACY RIGHTS

In accordance with the governing laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia and our commitment to applicable data protection regulations (including PDPA and GDPR), authorized Client representatives are granted the following rights regarding their administrative personal data: 1.1 Access and Update: The right to access, review, and update your account and billing information via the AMUN AI dashboard. 1.2 Deletion: The right to request the deletion of your account information (subject to our legal retention requirements for billing records). 1.3 Communication Preferences: The right to opt-out of non-essential promotional communications. Note: Clients cannot opt-out of critical administrative and billing notices.

6. DATA SECURITY

AMUN AI implements industry-standard administrative, technical, and security measures to protect your account information from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. While we utilize robust security protocols, no digital transmission or cloud storage is entirely secure 100%, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to the Client’s registered email address prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the AMUN AI platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
